Taken at the training course on Thompson Street Bridlington, this covered all aspects of using information technology From DOS to Windows.
A wide variety of software was covered including Microsoft Office 2000 and Windows 98. I also maintained all software and hardware of the colleges pc`s this covered connecting printers and installing new software, this also included helping other students with any problems they might have.
Hard drive audits were also carried out regularly to remove all unwanted files from the pc`s. Disk house keeping was also maintained so that my disk was kept in order, with backups of all important files. |
