One of the ways in which EOTA encourage local interest and participation in the arts is through workshops; either with established community groups or open access workshops at local events such as Fun days. So far we have put on workshops at two Fun Days - September 1998 and September 1999. Both workshops were very successful, each being attended by 30 children and young people. Workshops have also been arranged for EOTA group members; one a sculpture workshop, and one a banner design for a city based environmental organisation. All workshops are planned and organised by group members, using our artistic and creative skills.
